Résumé: Addressed in thisstudy, the subject of necessarylegitimacy and its impact on contemporarywomen's issues, whereis the principle of legality, necessity an important pillar in the Islamiclegislation, whichappearsfromwhich the most important Islamic Sharia properties, whichmakeAllah the law of mercy and the ease and gentlenesspeople. As attention has been focusedthisresearch on the statement how to applythisprinciple to the contemporarywomen's issues selectedpracticalmodels, has proceeded to the selection of the most important issues of concern to Muslimwomentoday are: {issue thinningeyebrowssatisfy the husband, and the issue of theVeil(hijab) in a country thatdoes not recognize the headscarf, and the issue of abortedfetusrape }. The purpose of all thisattempt to givelegitimacynecessary in the light of a new vision of contemporary reality of the current and its innovation.
