دراسة تحليلية لتأمين حوادث المرور في الجزائر دراسة حالة Saa وكالة الجزائر في الفترة (2010-2019)

Résumé: إن دراستنا لموضوع بحثنا والذي يدور مضمونه في دراسة تحليلية لتأمين حوادث المرور في الجزائر والذي كان على أساس إشكالية عامة هي: ما مدى تأثير حوادث المرور على نشاط التأمين في الجزائر؟. فنشاط التأمينات له علاقة خاصة بحوادث المرور، وهذا لتعدد أنواعه. ووفقا للدراسة التحليلية للعوامل المؤثرة في حوادث المرور وذلك باتباع طريقة تحليل المركبات الأساسية والذي كان منطلقا لنا في دراستنا التي اقتضت تحليلا شاملا لمدى تأثير حوادث المرور على نشاط التأمينات في الجزائر على مستوى وكالة SSA خلال الفترة (2010-2019)؟. لكن أمام التفاقم المحتوم لحوادث المرور تأثر نشاط التأمينات بالرغم من قدراتها البشرية والمادية والمالية المعتبرة لتحقيق هدفها لكن لم تحد منها. ومن هنا تأتي إجابتنا على التساؤل المطروح وهو ما مدى تأثير حوادث المرور على نشاط التأمينات فلقد كانت مؤثرة خلال الفترة المدروسة (2010-2019). This study of the subject of our research, whose content revolves around an analytical study of traffic accident insurance in Algeria, which was based on a general problem: What is the impact of traffic accidents on insurance activity in Algeria? Insurance activity has a special relationship with traffic accidents, and this is due to its many types. According to the analytical study of the factors affecting traffic accidents by following the method of basic vehicle analysis, which was the starting point for us in our study, which required a comprehensive analysis of the extent of the impact of traffic accidents on insurance activity in Algeria at the SSA level during the period (2010-2019). However, in the face of the inevitable increase in traffic accidents, the insurance activity was affected despite its considerable human, material and financial capabilities to achieve its goal, but it was not limited. Hence our answer to the question raised, which is the extent of the impact of traffic accidents on insurance activities, as they were influential during the period studied (2010-2019).
