استراتيجية التدريس الحديثة وعلاقتها بالاتصال التربوي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن علاقة استراتيجية التدريس الحديثة بالاتصال التربوي ، والتعرف على الفروق في استراتيجية التدريس الحديثة والاتصال التربوي من حيث الخبرة لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ببعض متوسطات ولاية جيجل. وبلغت عينة الدراسة 70 أستاذا وأستاذة من التعليم المتوسط بالعام الدراسي 2019/ 2020. وكشفت الدراسة عن:-وجود علاقة موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين درجات استراتيجية التدريس الحديثة ودرجات الاتصال التربوي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط.-وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات أقل من خمس سنوات ومتوسط درجات أكثر من خمس سنوات لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في استراتيجيات التدريس .-وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات أقل من خمس سنوات ومتوسط درجات أكثر من خمس سنوات لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في الاتصال التربوي . الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجية التدريس، الاتصال التربوي، أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. Abstract : The current study aims to reveal the relationship of the modern teaching strategy to educational communication, and to identify the differences in the modern teaching strategy and educational communication in terms of experience among middle school teachers with some averages of Jijel Province. The sample of the study reached 70 professors and professors from intermediate education in the academic year 2019/2020. The study revealed that: - There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the levels of modern teaching strategy and the degrees of educational communication among the teachers of intermediate education. - The presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of less than five years The average score of more than five years for teachers of intermediate education in teaching strategies.- The presence of statistically significant differences between the average score of less than five years and the average score of more than five years for teachers of intermediate education in educational communication.
