دور الأسرة الجزائرية في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية في ظل العولمة The Role Of The Algerian Family In The Process Of Socialization In Light Of Globalization

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أبعاد ووسائل دعم وتطوير دور الأسرة في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية في ظل العولمة. وبينت هذه الدراسة بأن التحولات التي طرأت على المجتمع الجزائري أدت إلى خلق عدة مشاكل وتحديات للأسرة الجزائرية تتعلق بتكوينها وتماسكها ودورها في عملية التنشئة، وأدت إلى تقليص وإضعاف دورها في أداء وظائفها، وذلك نظرا لما تحمله العولمة من عوامل التهديد للخصوصيات القومية والهوية الثقافية وتكريس لآليات الهيمنة الفكرية، ومشاركة الأسرة في هدفها باتجاه صياغة شخصية الأفراد خصوصاً النشء الصاعد. This research aims to study the dimensions and means of supporting and developing the role of the family in the process of socialization in the light of globalization. This study showed that the transformations that have taken place in the Algerian society have created a number of problems and challenges for the Algerian family in terms of their composition, cohesion and role in the process of upbringing, which has reduced and weakened their role in the performance of their functions. This is due to globalization's threats to national characteristics and cultural identity. In its goal towards shaping the personality of individuals, especially young people.
