واقع الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري لاستدامة النمو الاقتصادي والابتكار - دراسة حالة الجامعة الجزائرية-

Résumé: تعتبر مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي معبرا هاما للولوج في الاقتصاد الجديد وتوفير مضامينه، وعليه تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري والبحث العلمي لاستدامة النمو الاقتصادي والابتكار بدراسة حالة الجامعة الجزائرية ، حيث تبين أن واقع التعليم الجامعي والبحث العلمي لم يتكيف بعد مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية الموضوعة للنمو الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات، فالجامعة الجزائرية مطالبة بأن تكون أكثر تفاعلا وانفتاح لقطاعات الاقتصاد والصناعة والاهتمام بالباحثين والمبتكرين. Higher education and scientific research institutions is an important expressive to enter in the new Economy and the provision of contents, and Accordingly the study aims to try to identify the reality of Investment in Human capital and Scientific Research for the sustainability of economic growth and innovation case study of the Algerian League, where it was found that the reality of University Education and Scientific Research has yet to adapt with the strategic goals set for Economic Growth outside the hydrocarbon sector, the Algerian University is required to be more interactive and opening up sectors of the Economy, Industry And Interest Researchers And Innovators.
