عناية المحدثين بالألفاظ ودلالاتها، وأثر ذلك في النقد الحديثي

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة إثبات مسألة هي من الأهميّة بمكان، لها أثر في النّقد الحديثيّ تصحيحًا وتعليلًا، وفي الفقه الإسلامي اتفاقًا واختلافًا، وهي مسألة الألفاظ ودلالاتها في الحديث النبويّ، فلرُبّ ألفاظ وردت في حديث، ترتّبت عليها أحكام كثيرة، تعميمًا وتخصيصًا، أو إطلاقًا وتقييدًا أو وجوبًا وندبًا... إلخ، وتلك الأحكام كلّها مبنية على تلك الألفاظ، تسقط بسقوطها، وتثبت بثبوتها فكانت العناية بألفاظ الحديث النبويّ من جهة الثبوت لازمةً لكل مشتغل بالسنّة، وقد جاء هذا البحث لبيان عناية المحدّثين بألفاظ الحديث النبويّ ودلالاتها، وأنّهم عُنُوا بها كعنايتهم بالأسانيد، وأنّ عنايتهم بذلك جاء مندرجًا ومُبثوثًا في أنواعٍ من علوم الحديث، هذا من الجهة النظرية، وأما من الجهة التطبيقية العملية، فقد كان لمسألة دلالات الألفاظ أثر بيّنٌ في نقد متون الحديث النبويّ. The purpose of this study is to prove an issue that is of great importance, It has an impact on criticism of Hadith, validation and feebleness, as well as an impact on the Islamic jurisprudence in Agreement and in disagreement. And the issue is the difference in the indication of the terms and their implications in the Prophet's Hadith. There are words in the Hadith which resulted in many rulings, generalization and specification, restriction and launching, complusory and delegate…etc. And these rulings are all based on those words, fall down with her fall, and it proved with her substantiation. The care of the words of prophetic Hadith from the side of confirmation is required for each Researcher of the Sunnah. This research came to indicate the care of muhaddithin in the words of the Prophet's Hadith and its implications, And they care about it as a matter of the chain of narrators, And that their attention to this was included in the types of Hadith science. This is from the theoretical point of view, but from the practical application, The issue of semantics has had an impact on the criticism of the report of the prophetic Hadith.
