القضايا التنموية في نشرات الأخبار بالاذاعات الجهوية
Résumé: "تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التي تهدف إلى معرفة دور الإذاعة الجهوية في معالجة القضايا التنموية,وقد استهدفت الدراسة النشرات الإخباريةلإذاعة الوادي,ومدى احتوائها على المواضيع الخاصة بالتنمية,وقد تضمن البحث مقدمة وثلاث فصول,والإطار المنهجي للدراسة الذي تناولنا فيه الإشكالية والتساؤلات المطروحة إضافةإلى أهداف الدراسة وأسباب اختيار الموضوع وتحديد المفاهيم وكذلك الدراسات السابقة في ذلك.أما المنهج المستخدم في الدراسة فهو تحليل المحتوى,وبخصوص العينة المختارة فهي اثنا عشرة نشرة إخبارية بثت خلال الثلاث الأشهر الأولى لسنة 2018. وفي الفصل الأول تناولنا أيضا دور الإذاعة وماهيتها واستعرضنا فيه تعريف الإذاعة الجهوية بالجزائر,إضافةإلى الخبر الإذاعي وأشكاله. وفي الفصل الثاني تطرقنا إلى موضوع التنمية المحلية ومفهومها وتطورها,أما الفصل الثالث فهو تطبيق حول النشرات الإخبارية بإذاعة الوادي الجهوية,تحليلا ونتائج متوصل إليها. " "This study is one of the studies aimed at knowing the role of regional radio in the treatment of development issues. The study aimed at the radio newsletters and the extent of their containment on topics related to development. The study included an introduction and three chapters, and the methodological framework for the study. And the reasons for selection of the subject and the definition of concepts as well as previous studies in it. The method used in the study is the analysis of content, and the sample selected are twelve newscasts broadcast during the first three months of 2018. In the first chapter, we also discussed the role and significance of the radio and reviewed the definition of regional radio in Algeria, in addition to the radio news and its forms. In the second chapter we discussed the subject of local development and its concept and development, and the third chapter is the application of news on the regional radio station, analysis and results reached."
