العمل المصرفي الاسلامي كآلية للوقاية من الفساد المالي

Résumé: The Islamic banking work is considered to be an assurance and an effective mechanism to protect from financial corruption in the banking section due to its nature and properties, which has established a private system to govern the Islamic banks and the financial institutions . This later has occupied an important position in the modern economic life in general and the financial banking markets specifically. Thanks to its economic and competitive ability which was earned by facing the commercial banks that aims to confront all different aspects of financial corruption in the banking section . يعتبر العمل المصرفي الاسلامي كضمان و آلية فعّالة للوقاية من مظاهر الفساد المالي في القطاع المصرفي بفضل طبيعة و خصوصية العمل المصرفي الاسلامي الذي أسس لنظام خاص بحوكمة البنوك و المؤسسات المالية الاسلامية، حيث أصبحت هذه الأخيرة تحتل مكانة هامة في الحياة الاقتصادية الحديثة بصفة عامة و الأسواق المالية و المصرفية بصفة خاصة، بفضل قدرتها الاقتصادية و التنافسية التي اكتسبتها في مواجهة البنوك التجارية التي تسعى لمواجهة مختلف مظاهر الفساد المالي في القطاع المصرفي.
