اضطراب طيف التوحد عند الأطفال، تاريخه، مفهومه، تشخيصه، تصنيفاته وتوعية الآباء والأمهات به

Résumé: ملخص: إن اضطراب طيف التوحد في تزايد مستمر عالميا حيث يؤثر على واحد من المئة من سكان العالم ويصيب الأطفال الذكور أكثر بأربع مرات من الإناث إذ لا يسهل إيجاد العلاج المناسب له إلا بتضافر جهود المختصين والأهل والمجتمع، وهذا ما سنتناوله في بحثنا بالدراسة من خلال التساؤلات التالية: ما هو طيف التوحد؟ وكيف يمكن توعية الآباء والأمهات وأفراد العائلة بهذا الاضطراب؟ وكيف يمكنهم التعامل مع طفلهم المصاب به؟ يصنف طيف التوحد من الأمراض العصبية، وأسبابه متعددة فمن المختصين من يرجعها إلى الوراثة وآخرون يرجعونها إلى عوامل حدثت قبل الولادة أو أثناءها وآخرون يقولون بسبب تلف في الخلايا العصبية. ومن أعراضه نجد عدم الاستجابة للمناداة واللعب المنفرد ورفض تغيير الألعاب والنطق المتأخر وسوء التواصل الاجتماعي، وتبدأ ملاحظة الوالدين والمقربين لهذه الأعراض عند الطفل التوحدي بوضوح في الشهر 36 من عمره. يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالأطفال المصابين بالتوحد وأهم الأعراض والخصائص التي تسمح بالتعرف عليهم، وأسباب هذا الاضطراب وطرق العلاج، وأهم حقوقهم والتي منها التعليم وطرقه وأهم المهارات التي يمتازون بها، وسنعرض طرق التعامل معهم خاصة من طرف الأولياء والإخوة والمقربون، وتوعية المجتمع بكيفية معاملتهم. ونلخص بحثنا بالقول بأن للمصابين بطيف التوحد الحق في التعليم إذ هناك قوانين تنص على ضرورة تعليهم وأن لكل طفل منهم الحق في الحصول على تعليم مناسب ومكيف وهذا ما جاء في قانون تعليم الأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (IDEA)، إذ يقوم بمنح التعليم العام لجميع هؤلاء الأطفال، وتلعب الوسائل التكنولوجية مثل (IPAD) وأجهزة الكومبيوتر دورا أساسيا في عملية تعليمهم وعلاجهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: طيف التوحد، مفهومه، التشخيص، التصنيف، التوعية Abstract : Autism spectrum disorder is on the rise globally affecting one percent of the world’s population and affecting for more child’s, times of females, as it is not easy to treat it easily except with the combined efforts of specialists, parents and society. This is what we will address in our study through the following questions: -what is the autism spectrum? how can parents and family members be made aware of this disorder? how can they deal with their child with it? Autism classified as a neurological disease and has several causes, some specialists attribute it to genetics, others attribute it to factors that occurred before or during birth, and there are those who attribute it to nerve cell damage. Among its symptoms we find a failure to respond to calling, playing alone, refusing to change games, late pronunciation, parents and close relatives begin to notice these symptoms in an autistic child clearly at the 36th month. The research aims to introduce children with autism, the most important symptoms and characteristics that allow them to be identified , the causes of this disorder and ways to treat it; the most important of their rights, including education and its methods, and the most important skills that they are distinguished by. We summarize our research by saying that people with autism spectrum have the right to education, as there are laws that stipulate the necessity of their education and that each child has the right to obtain appropriate and adapted education, and this is what stated in the law on education of individuals with special needs. It gives public education to all these children; technological means such as iPad and computers play an essential role in the process of their education and treatment.
