عن شروط حماية التصاميم الشكلية للدوائر المتكاملة

Résumé: تشير الأحكام المتعلقة بشروط الحماية إلى أن التصميم الشكلي للدائرة المتكاملة كمنتج عقلي وفكري يتحقق في مجال صناعة الالكترونيات، قد يخضع للحماية القانونية بالمعنى المقصود في الأمر رقم 03-08، بمجرد استيفائه لشروط معينة، وعلى هذا النحو يتمتع مالكها بحق استئثار الاستغلال المالي للتصميم الشكلي للدائرة المتكاملة، ومنع الغير من استغلال الترخيص دون رضاة.
