دراسة تحليلية قياسية لمحددات نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1991-2016)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة محددات نمو القطاع الزراعي الجزائري المتمثلة في معدل نمو القيمة المضافة، إجمالي الصادرات، نسبة العمالة الزراعية من إجمالي العمالة الجزائرية، نسبة الأراضي المزروعة من إجمالي الأراضي...الخ، من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وباستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية، فقد تم إجراء اختبار التكامل المشترك بين المتغيرات محل الدراسة والتي بينت نتائجها عدم وجود علاقة طويلة المدى بين معدل نمو القيمة المضافة، إجمالي الصادرات وقيمة الإنتاج الزراعي ومن ثم إستخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي VAR، بناء على ذلك خلصت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين معدل نمو القيمة المضافة، إجمالي الصادرات وقيمة الإنتاج الزراعي، ونفسر ذلك بأن الصادرات الإجمالية ومعدل نمو القيمة المضافة للزراعة يقود إلى نمو في القطاع الزراعي في الاقتصاد الجزائري. This paper aims at identifying the determinants of the growth of the Algerian agricultural sector represented by the rate of growth of value added, total exports, the percentage of agricultural labor in total Algerian labor, the proportion of cultivated land in the total land, etc… The test of the combined integration of the studied variables was conducted. The results showed that there is no long-term relationship between the rate of growth of value added, total exports and value of agricultural production, and then the use of the VAR model.The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between the rate of growth of value added, total exports and value of agricultural production, explaining that the total exports and the rate of growth of value added to agriculture leads to growth in the agricultural sector in the Algerian economy.
