الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية والإنجاز الأكاديمي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والصحة النفسية والإنجاز الاكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) طالب وطالبة من طوراللسانس والماستر بقسم علم النفس بجامعة المسيلةتم اختيارهم بطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وطبق عليهم كل من مقياس الضغوط النفسية لعبد الحق بوازدة(2011)، ومقياس الصحة النفسيةلأبو العمرين (2008) ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز الاكاديميلأنور علي البرعاوي (2008)، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(spss)تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1. توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية والصحة النفسية والإنجازالأكاديمي. 2. مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة متوسط. 3. مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة متوسط. 4. مستوى الإنجازالأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة متوسط. The current study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological stress,mental health and academic achievement among university students Use the national correlational curriculum The study sample consisted of 80 male and female students from the tongue and master phase at the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila were selected in a simple random wayThe psychological stress scale of Abdelhak Bouzada (2011), the mental health scale of Abu Al-Amreen (2008) and the scale of motivation of academic achievement by Anwar Ali Al-Barawi (2008) were applied to them, and after statistical treatment Through the statistical package program for social sciences (SPSS), the following results were reached: -There is a statistically significant correlation between stress, mental health and academic achievement. -The level of psychological stress among university students is average. -The level of mental health among university students is average. -The level of academic achievement of university students is average.
