المواطنة في فكر ''جون جاك روسو''

Résumé: ملخص: ملخص أعتمد جان جاك روسو على مفاهيم اساسية في بناء نظريته حول العقد الاجتماعي ، نذكر منها الديمقراطية و سيادة الأمة و الحرية و المساواة و العدالة . هذه المفاهيم شكلت حجر الزاوية في المبادىء الجوهرية في الثورة الفرنسية عند قيامها. غير أن أهم مفهوم في بناء النظرية هو المواطنة حيث قال روسو لن نصبح بشرا الا اذا أصبحنا مواطنين شكلت هذه المقولة جوهر النظرية السياسية في الفكر الاوروبي الحديث و المعاصر و أعيد طرح المفهوم في الفلسفة المعاصرة و في حقل القانون العام كما شكلت نظرية الارادة العامة سندا أخلاقيا لمفهوم المواطنة . أشار روسو الى الحالة الطبيعية و ضرورة الانتقال الى المجتمع المدني حيث قام بوصفها بخصائص مغايرة لما جاء في أفكار هومز حول الانسان البدائي و أشار روسو الى أن اكتشاف الانسان للزراعة و الصناعة أدى الى ظهور نظام الملكية الذي أفقد الانسان حريته و أصبح عبدا أمام القوي و مع نظرية العقد الاجتماعي تنازل الأفراد عن ملكيتهم و أسسوا بإرادتهم مفهوم الدولة بمثابة هيىة تديرها القوانين و يكون للفرد حق المشاركة السياسية شكلت نظرية العقد الاجتماعي أساسا لبناء المجتمعات السياسية و الاخلاقية و المدنية و مع تطور الأفكار السياسية المعاصرة طرأت عدة تغييرات جوهرية على هذه النظرية التي تم نقدها من طلرف مدارس فلسفية كثيرة نذكر منها الماركسية و البنيوية .
