Résumé: Summary: “CSR Communication and Ethical Data Imperatives in Epidemic Crises: Insights from Algeria” This article aims to understand how the ethical idea of “Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR) can contribute to the fight against precariousness during crises such as pandemics. In a transition to the digital age, the study focuses on the difficult working conditions in Algeria, where the crisis had an impact by disrupting local and international supply chains and by causing the closure of entire wilayas from the coast to the Great South. Public and private companies are expected to be ethically responsible with fast and efficient measures to contribute to help hospitals and more. However, CSR should not be a reactive measure only in times of crisis, when reputation is at stake. The pandemic has revealed the urgent need to address equity and equality at work, particularly as many workers, forming a digital proletariat, lack the technological resources needed to engage fully in online employment. This study advocates for a framework that incorporates data-driven strategies and wealth redistribution, reducing digital disparities. Through the communication practices of citizens and entrepreneurs as reported in Algerian media and informed by international research from the 19th century to the post-COVID-19 era, we will delve into the ethical use of data assets. The goal aims to mitigate future epidemic risks and create a more inclusive, through sustainable, ethics-based solutions tailored for Algeria, equitable work environment supported by responsible corporate contributions.
