دور التقارير السردية في توفير المعلومات غير المالية للمستثمرين لتقييم الأداء (دراسة تطبيقية على شركات الاستثمار المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين).

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التقارير السردية في مساعدة المستثمرين في تقييم أداء شركات الاستثمار المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فروض الدراسة، أعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تبيين وتوضيح الجانب النظري من خلال الدراسات السابقة والدوريات والرسائل العلمية، وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي ((SPSS. كما وزعت الاستبانه بعد تقيمها وتحكيمها من عدد من المتخصصين على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من المدراء ورؤساء الأقسام والمحاسبين العاملين بالأقسام المالية بالشركات الاستثمار المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين البالغ عددهم (53) موظف، حيث استخدم الباحث الحصر الشامل للمجتمع نظراً لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة. كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن التقارير السردية تساعد المستثمرين في تقييم أداء شركات الاستثمار المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين، كما أن التقارير السردية تؤدي إلى تعزيز الثقة والشفافية في المعلومات غير المالية لشركات الاستثمار المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين. The study aimed to identify the role of narrative reporting to help investors in the performance of the investment companies listed on the Palestine Exchange evaluate, and to answer questions and test hypotheses, rely researcher on the descriptive and analytical approach in showing and clarify the theoretical side through previous studies, journals and theses, and analyze the results of the study field test hypotheses using statistical program (SPSS). Questionnaire it was also distributed after evaluated and judged by a number of specialists, consisting of directors and heads of departments and accountants employed financial departments study population companies listed investment in Palestine's Stock Exchange (53) employees, where the researcher used the comprehensive inventory of the community due to the small size of the study population. The results of the field study also demonstrated that the narrative reports help investors to invest in the performance of companies listed on the Palestine Exchange evaluate, and narrative reports will enhance confidence and transparency in the non-financial information to investment companies listed on the Palestine Exchange.
