Discerner Les Risques Qui Méritent D’être Poursuivis Ou Renforcés Dans L’entreprise Algérienne.

Résumé: Nowadays in Algeria, health and safety issues at work add an enormous burden, more on health than economic, and that is on workers, businesses and society in general. The observation is distressing; the least that we can say is that the situation is alarming, even catastrophic. The Algerian organization in general is lacking the practice and judicious analysis of the concept of ""Risk Management"". As a result, we acknowledge that there is an unequal professional maturity, different risk strategies and disparate organizational choices. Consequently, a mindset of recklessness or laissez-faire has developed at the level of our firms. Thereby, the Algerian enterprise has gradually become more open to the need for effective risk management, which is the objective of this thesis. Thus, this thesis aims to help initiate in a simple and didactic way the risk mapping, enabling a proper management of industrial risks. The suggested methodology is made up of two parts: the tracing of the mapping of work accidents making it possible to shape the knowledge necessary for the control of hazards in a preventive manner in a region, a city, etc. Then instilling a culture of changing behavior and attitudes that is, spreading the culture of continuous and sustainable progress within the company and to ensure that a good atmosphere is maintained in the workplace, to protect the health of employees and the working environment to promote safe and sustainable development in companies. This mapping offers simple and didactic representations, giving decision-makers an overview to shape their strategic choices of actions to be initiated. We chose the region of Tiaret as our case study.
