الإجهاد في مكان العمل

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإجهاد في مكان العمل من أحد جوانبه ( الصحية) حيث تم التطرق للمظاهر الجسدية بالنسبة للإجهاد وإلى نظام العمل بالمناوبة كونه أحد هذه الأنظمة الحديثة التي إقتحمت مجال العمل وفرت نفسها بداعي الحتمة التي فرتها التكنولوجيا والأنماط الاجتماعية الحديثة ، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من مجتمع لعمال المناوبة بمصفاة أسبع بأدراربلغت (60) عاملا، شملت مختلف الحالات الاجتماعية للعمال وكذا عامل الإقدمية على مقياس الإجهاد. وقد توصلت إلى أنه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد الجسدية لصالح عمال المناوبة (2 x 12) مقارنة بعمال اليوم العادي. توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد الجسدية لصالح العمال المتزوجين في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (2 x 12). توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد الجسدية لصالح العمال الأكثر الأقدمية في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (x2 12). إرتبط الإجهاد في العمل عموما بالإنعكاسات النفسية والجسدية والسلوكية وإرتبط خصوصا فق نظام المناوبة بزيادة المخاطر الصحية (معدل التنفس ، ربات القلب ، ضغط الدم...) This study aimed to identify stress in the workplace in one aspect (health) where the physical manifestations of stress and the system of work on shift as one of these modern systems that broke into the field of work provided itself due to the inevitability of modern technology and social patterns, and this study was conducted on a sample of a community of shift workers in a refinery with a seventh largest knowledge (60) workers, including various social conditions of workers as well as the age factor on the stress scale. I have concluded that: There are statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress in favour of shift workers (2 x 12) compared to normal day workers. There are substantial statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress in favour of married workers in the shift work system (2 x 12). There are substantial statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress in favour of the most senior workers in the shift work system (x2 12). Stress at work was generally associated with psychological, physical and behavioral reflections and was particularly associated with increased health risks (respiratory rate, heart rate, blood pressure...)
