Résumé: In our study, we have dealt with how to prepare a business plan for a web application for stores management, and that is for knowing the importance of the business plan in studying entrepreneurialprojects and to study our project that we are ambitious in turning it from an idea into a start-up enterprise in an objective and strategic form. We relied on the descriptive approach for the theoretical side of a business plan in general, and on the analytical approach for the practical side in which we created a business plan for the project. As for the research tools, we used personal interviews with customers, observation and statistics. At the end of the study, it became clear to us that any project needs a business plan before starting its application, and it was also concluded that this project is an economically feasible project which means that it is profitable
