تحديات خطاب التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر في ظل واقع تنموي مأزوم

Résumé: في خضم ما يعاني منه الاقتصاد الجزائري من أحادية اقتصادية واختلالات في البنية الهيكلية وهيمنة القطاع النفطي بشكل كبير في المساهمة بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي، بعد تعثر معظم السياسات في رسم مسارات حقيقية للاقتصاد، إذ تؤكد كل البيانات الرسمية عجز الميزان التجاري، خاصة في ظل الانحدار المتزايد في أسعار النفط العالمية، التي بدأت تفرض أعباء مالية جديدة على الدولة، وتهدد باستنفاذ احتياطاتها المالية على المدى القريب. خاصة وان الإحصائيات الرسمية المتوفرة للسنوات الثلاث الأخيرة تشير إلى أن النفط يساهم بنسبة 98% بالمائة من الصادرات، ويشكل 60% من ميزانية الدولة، ويشكل في الوقت نفسه ما بين 35% إلى 50% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي حسب تغيرات أسعار النفط. والأكثر من ذلك الارتفاع الضخم في قيمة الواردات التي قدرت بحوالي 60 مليار دولار، فالجزائر ما زالت تعتمد على الاستيراد لسد احتياجاتها من السلع الأساسية. In the midst of what the Algerian economic monopolies and structural imbalances. the oil sector is dominant in contributing to GDP after the failure of most policies to chart the real paths of the economy .all the official data confirm the trade deficit especially in view of the increasing decline in world oil prices which have begun to impose new financial burdens on the state and threaten to exhaust their financial reserves in the near term. Especially since the official statistics available for the last three years indicate that oil contributes 98 % of the exports and accounts for 60 % of the state budget and at the same time between 35 % to 50 % of the total output according to changes in oil prices and more than the huge increase in the value of imports estimated about 60 billion dollars. Algeria depends on imports to meet their needs of commodities .
