مستوى كفاءة الطاقة المتجددة في اقتصاد الجزائر

Résumé: هذه الدراسة عبارة عن تشخيص معاصر لإشكالية مستوى كفاءة الطاقة المتجددة في الجزائر، من خلال إبراز أهم الهياكل التنظيمية والمؤسساتية التي تجسد مكانتها، الإمكانيات الطبيعية المهمة في الطاقة الشمسية والرياح والآفاق الإيجابية الناتجة عن الاستثمار الفعال في هذا المجال. من جهة أخرى، عرض نتائج المستوى الجد متواضع لمدى كفاءة الطاقة المتجددة في دورة إنتاج الطاقة والاقتصاد بالجزائر، مقارنة مع الدول العربية والأجنبية، مع تقديم جملة من المقترحات والتوصيات لدعم الكفاءة الطاقوية، الانتقال الطاقوي الفعال وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. This study is a contemporary diagnosis of the problem of the level of renewable energy efficiency in Algeria, by highlighting the most important organizational and institutional structures that embody its position, the important natural potentials in solar energy and winds, and the positive prospects resulting from effective investment in this field. On the other hand, we present the results of the very modest level of the extent of renewable energy efficiency in the energy production cycle and economic in Algeria, compared with Arab and foreign countries, while presenting a set of proposals and recommendations to support energy efficiency, effective energy transition and achieving sustainable development in Algeria.
