Résumé: يكتسي موضوع المنازعات الرياضية أهمية كبير، نظرا لما يعرفه القانون الرياضي كتخصص أفقي من علاقة وتقاطع مع العديد من فروع القانون العام والخاص، وفي ظل هذه العلاقة والتقاطع تتنوع المنازعات الرياضية بشكل كبير نظرا لتعدد أطرافها وموضوعاتها، كتلك التي تقوم بين الاتحاديات الرياضية والنوادي الرياضية والرياضيين والمسيرين والحكام والمدربين ووكلاء اللاعبين...إلخ، سواء تعلق الأمر بعقود العمل المبرم بين اللاعبين والأندية أو فيما يخص دعاوى المسؤولية، أو المنازعات التأديبية، أو المنازعات المتعلقة بالمنشطات...، وأمام هذا التنوع وطبيعة موضوعات المنازعات الرياضية بات معه تعدد الاختصاص القضائي فيما يخص حل وتسوية المنازعات الرياضية بين القضاء العادي والإداري والقضاء الرياضي الخاص، ومنه فالقاضي الإداري له أن ينظر الدعاوى المرفوعة في المجال الرياضي تلك المتعلقة بالاتحاديات الرياضية المفوضة. Abstract:The issue of sports disputes is a great importance, given what sports law defines as a horizontal discipline in relation to and intersection with many branches of public and private law, and in light of this relationship and intersection, sports disputes vary greatly due to the multiplicity of their parties and their topics, such as those between sports federations, sports clubs, athletes and managers Referees, coaches, players' agents ... etc, whether it is related to work contracts concluded between players and clubs or in relation to four suit , disciplinary disputes, or doping-related disputes ... And in view of this diversity and the nature of issues of sporting disputes, it has become with him the multiplicity of jurisdiction regarding Resolving and settling sports disputes between the ordinary and administrative judiciary and the special sports judiciary, and from it the administrative judge has the right to consider the lawsuits filed in the sports field that are related to the delegated sports federations
