Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تجسيد دعائم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المنظمة، وذلك نظراً للدور الذي تساهم به المسؤولية الاجتماعية في دعم تنافسية المنظمة، وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن إرساء مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات يتطلب ضرورة تكامل جهود كل من الدولة والمنظمات من خلال التحفيزات الحكومية ومن خلال دمج المنظمات لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية ضمن إستراتيجيتها. This study aims to identify the requirements for the establishment of enterprises social responsibility (ESR) in the organizations, in view of the role that contributes in supporting the organization’s competitiveness. We have concluded through this study that the establishment of the concept of enterprises social responsibility (ESR) needs to integrate the efforts of both of the government and organizations themselves through government incentives (motivators) and through the integration of organizations for the concept of enterprises social responsibility within their strategies
