الاستخدام الصيني –الأمريكي لمنطقة جنوب شرق اسيا لتحقيق الهيمنة العالمية (الواقع- المآلات)

Résumé: تجري منافسة كبيرة بين الصين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في كثير من مناطق العامل ولكنها تختلف بشكل جذري في منطقة جنوب شرق اسيا واسيا الباسفيك بشكل عامل اذ تعبر عن صعود الصين وفوزها بالهيمنة العالمية في مقابل تقهقر الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والعكس صحيح تماما يأتي دور المنطقة في الاستراتيجية المنتهجة من قبل الصين و الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في ترجيح كفة أحدهما لبلوغ أهدافه الاستراتيجية لأهميتها الجيوسياسية ، لذلك تسلط هذه الورقة البحثية الضوء على كيفية تعامل دول المنطقة خاصة رابطة الاسيان مع الوضع التنافسي حولها وعلى مآلات هذه المنافسة على المنطقة ومستقبل الهيمنة العالمية. There is a great competition between China and the United States in many regions of the world, but it differs radically in the Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific regions in general, as it expresses the rise of China and its victory in global hegemony in contrast to the decline of the United States of America, and the opposite is completely true. The role of the region in the strategy adopted by China and the United States of America comes in tipping the scales in favor of one of them to achieve its strategic goals due to its geopolitical importance. Therefore, this research paper sheds light on how the countries of the region, especially the ASEAN Association, deal with the competitive situation around them and the consequences of this competition on the region and the future of global hegemony
