Résumé: ملخص : عاصر القاضي النعمان ( ت.363ه/974م) مرحلة هامة من تاري المغرب الإسلامي ، برزت فيها تغيرات سياسية ومذهبية كما شهدت حركة ثقافية واسعة ، فقد نجحت الدعوة الإسماعيلية في تأسيس الدولة الفاطمية في نهاية القرن الثالث الهجري /التاسع الميلادي ، والتي إعتمدت على نخبة من الدعاة والمفكرين في تثبيت وجودها وبث مشروعها ،ولا يخفى أن القاضي نعمان واحد من أبرز رجالاتها ، فقد تدرج في عدة مناصب في هرم السلطة ور بط علاقات متينة مع كثير من الخلفاء الفاطميين ، كما ساهم بقدر وفير في التأسيس للفقه الإسماعيلي ،كان لكل ذلك تأثير على تكوين شخصيته من جهة ، وعلى إنتاجه التاريخي من جهة أخرى .
