الحوكمة الجامعية ودورها في تحسين مستوى التعليم العالي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة أساسا الى دراسة موضوع الحوكمة الجامعية، من خلال التطرق الى أبرز المفاهيم الخاصة بها، وكذا مبادئها وخصائصها، وأهميتها في تحسين وتطوير أداء المؤسسات الجامعية، وبالشكل الذي يسمح بتطوير قطاع التعليم العالي بشكل عام، وقطاع البحث العلمي بشكل خاص، وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من التوصيات التي تسمح بالعمل على الامتثال لقواعد ومبادئ الحوكمة الجامعية، وفقا لتجارب عالمية رائدة في هذا المجال، والتي يؤدي فيها التعليم العالي دور الأساس في تحسين وتطوير الأداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأوطان. The main objective of the study was to study the subject of university governance, by addressing its main concepts, principles and characteristics, and its importance in improving the performance of university institutions, in a way that allows the development of the higher education sector in general, and the scientific research sector in particular, and we reached a recommendations that allow for compliance with the rules and principles of university governance, in accordance with leading global experiences in this field, in which higher education plays a key role in improving the economic and social performance.
