حاضنات الأعمال وأثرها في تعزيز الثقافة الريادية في المحيط الجامعي (دراسة على عينة من طلبة جامعة المسيلة)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر حاضنة الأعمال من خلال أدوارها التقليدية (المرافقة قبل الاحتضان، المرافقة أثناء الاحتضان، المرافقة بعد الاحتضان) في تعزيز الثقافة الريادية في الوسط الجامعي بجامعة المسيلة، من خلال استبانة وزعت عشوائيا على عينة قدرها 150 طالب من جامعة المسيلة، حيث تم الحصول على 144 إجابة، ليتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSSالإصدار 25. بعد تحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات تم الوصول إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر معنوي بين المرافقة في حاضنة الأعمال وتعزيز الثقافة الريادية في الوسط الجامعي بجامعة المسيلة، حيث كان بعد المرافقة قبل الاحتضان هو الأكثر تأثيراً في تعزيز الثقافة الريادية في الوسط الجامعي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. This study aimed to identify the contribution of the business incubator through its traditional roles (accompaniment before incubation, accompaniment during incubation, accompaniment after incubation) in spreading the entrepreneurial culture in the university environment at M’sila University, through making a questionnaire randomly distributed to a sample of 150 students from M’sila’s university, where 144 answers were obtained, to be analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences program SPSS version 25. After analyzing the results and testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a significant effect between the accompaniment in the business incubator and the dissemination of entrepreneurial culture in the university environment at M’sila University, where the accompanying before incubation dimension was the most influential in the dissemination of entrepreneurial culture in the university environment from the point of view of the study sample.
