Résumé: This study aims to examine the industrial pollution in Algeria, by attempting to control the behavior of the industrial companies towards environment protection. We determined the factors affecting the environmental commitment of the industrial organizations. This was after discussing the previous studies that it is relevant to the subject. There are five main factors (environmental policy, stakeholders), and others internal factors (taking advantage of economic opportunities, organization culture and attitudinal factors, the green invention). The factors have been examined on a sample of 168 industrial companies operating in Algeria of different nationalities and sectors using a questionnaire. The study concluded that the impact of external factors on the environment protection behavior of the industrial companies in Algeria varies according to the nature of the industrial sectors, but not on the nationality of the organization, contrary to the internal factors.
