قراءة سوسيو تنظيمية في المصادر المرجعية العامة لضغوط العمل

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر موضوع ضغوط العمل من المواضيع المهمة والحساسة والتي تناولتها عديد الدراسات المتخصصة, خصوصا في عصرنا الحالي المتسم بالتعقيد وكثرة المتطلبات الاجتماعية والواجبات الوظيفية وأعباءها المستمرة, وأثارها النفسية والسلوكية وحتى الاجتماعية على الفرد, ويشكل الضغط الوظيفي نتيجةً وتحصيلاً طبيعياً لتداخل عديد الظروف التي تسهم بشكل مباشر في تفاقمه بطريقة تراكمية مما يؤدي بالنهاية إلى نتائج وخيمة على المؤسسة ومناخها التنظيمي العام, ولعل ذلك يستدعي إلماماً عاماً بالأسباب الأولية والمؤثرات المرجعية والتي تسهم بصورة ابتدائية في تشكله. يقدم هذا المقال إسهاما تحليلياً وقراءةً سوسيو تنظيمية لدارسة الإطار المرجعي والمصادر العامة لضغوط العمل وفق أبعادها المختلفة والمتشابكة, محاولا الكشف عن الاسباب الأساسية والاحاطة بكل المؤثرات السوسيو تنظيمية التي تؤثر في خلق الضغط الوظيفي . Abstract :The subject of work pressures is one of the important and sensitive topics addressed by many specialized studies, especially in our current era characterized by complexity and the abundance of social requirements and job duties and their continuous burdens, and their psychological, behavioral and even social effects on the individual, and the job pressure is a result and natural achievement of the overlap of many circumstances that directly contribute to its exacerbation in a cumulative way, which ultimately leads to serious consequences for the institution and its general organizational climate, Perhaps this requires a general knowledge of the primary causes and reference influences that contribute primarily to its formation, this article provides an analytical contribution and an organizational sociological reading in the study of the frame of reference and general sources of work pressures according to their different dimensions, trying to reveal the basic causes and surround all the socio-organizational influences that affect the creation of job pressure.
