دور محافظ الحسابات في تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية للمؤسسة الإقتصادية -دراسة ميدانية لمحافظ الحسابات بولاية ورقلة(عينة الدراسة الشركة "x" لفترة 2015-2017)-

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة، إلى تسليط الضوء على دور محافظ الحسابات ومدى مساهمته في تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، بإعتبار أن تقييم نظام الرقابة من أهم المهام التي يقوم بها محافظ الحسابات، وقد تزايد الاهتمام مؤخرا به والتوسع في مفهومه، وذلك من أجل تحديد مدى قوته أوضعفه من طرف المدقق.كمااعتمدنا في دراستنا لهذا الموضوع، لدى مكتب محافظ الحسابات، على دراسة عينة تنشط في مجال التصديروهي الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة X(شركة أموال) خلال الفترة من 2015-2017، وذلك باستخدام أسلوب قوائم الأسئلة والمقابلات مع محافظ الجسابات ومسؤولي المؤسسة. ولقد توصلنا في الأخير، إلى أن التقارير المعدة من طرف محافظ الحسابات لاتتضمن تقييمه بخصوص اجراءات الرقابة الداخلية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة . aim of this study is to shed light on the role of the governor of the accounts and the The extent of his contribution to the evaluation of the internal control system in the Algerian economic institutions, considering that the evaluation of the control system is one of the most important tasks performed by the external auditor.
