التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل في الجزائر – دراسة تحليلية-

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز جوانب من التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل في الجزائر، معتمدين تحقيبا كرونولوجيا ينطلق من أهم التحولات السوسيو-اقتصادية التي مرت بها المؤسسة الجزائرية، وما تبعها من تشكل تمثلات عند الفاعلين نحو العمل، المؤسسة و النشاطات التي يمارسونها داخل المؤسسة ذاتها. This article aims to highlight aspects of the social representations of work in Algeria, adopting a chronological accusation that stems from the most important socio-economic transformations that the Algerian institution has undergone and the subsequent formation of representations by the actors towards work, the institution and the activities they practice within the institution itself.
