دور المحكمة الجزائرية لتسوية النزاعات الرياضية في فض منازعات الرياضيين

Résumé: جاءت القوانين الحديثة لترتيب البيت الرياضي بتفعيل نشاطات المحكمة الجزائرية الرياضية لتواكب التطور الحاصل لتسوية نزاعات الرياضيين لذا ارتأينا في دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على المحكمة الجزائرية لتسوية المنازعات الرياضية كهيئة أنشأت حديثا، وتوضيح الدور الذي تلعبه كمؤسسة قانونية في فض نزاعات الرياضيين وحفظ حقوقهم، مع إبراز طبيعة القضايا المطروحة أمامها وطرق معالجتها وفق القواعد والقوانين التي تنظم سير عملها. The sports house modern arrangement laws came to enhance the activities of the Algerian Sports Court to keep pace with the development in the settlement of athletes 'disputes. Therefore, we decided in our study to shed light on the Algerian Court of the f Sports Disputes Settlement as a newly established body. And to clarify the role it plays as a legal institution in settling athletes' disputes and preserving their rights while highlighting the nature of the issues raised and methods of treatment in accordance with the rules and laws that regulate its worK
