أثر مهارات التدريس لدى الأستاذ الجامعي على فعالية العملية التعليمية والتكوينية على مستوى الجامعة

Résumé: التدريس الجامعي يعد من أسمى الوظائف في العالم ، كونه ليس مجرد نقل المعارف والمعلومات إلى الطالب الجامعي، بل هو عملية تعنى بنمو الطالب نموا متكاملا عقليا، وجدانيا، مهاري وبتكامل شخصيته من مختلف جوانبها،لذا فإن الجامعات تعتمد وتؤسس عليه في ضمان نجاحها وتقدمها العلمي والمعرفي وسيرورتها . ومن أهم الأسس والأسباب التي تساهم في نجاح التعليم والتكوين الجامعي وتضمن فعاليته هي مهارات التدريس التي يجب أن يمتلكها الأستاذ الجامعي( مهارات تخطيط التدريس ،مهارات تنفيذ التدريس ، مهارات الاتصال والتواصل ، مهارات تقويم تعلم الطلبة ....) ، والتي تعد بمثابة امتلاك مفاتيح التطور العلمي والمعرفي للطالب الجامعي،وهذا من شأنه ان يضمن للجامعة تقدمها ورقيها لمراتب متقدمة.
