Résumé: Within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275, which supports emerging and small enterprises, the idea of this project crystallized, which is to sew women’s underwear with innovative and special designs and competitive prices. We laid the basic stones of the project within the BMC business model and explained it in detail based on the basic value of the project. Going through the target segments and distribution channels, explaining what the relationship with customers will be like and what are the most important basic activities that we carry out, touching on the basic sources and main partners, and detailing all the necessary costs to finally reach the sources of revenues.
