The sprouting of these media site Facebook who shot to fame a few years old, thanks to the flexibility of diverse applications and services that have become employed in the insurgency on the fundamentals of the official media, and the liberalization of large segments of the public clout..... So we seek through this paper to answer the following questions: - What is the role of to exercise democratic act and achieve? - Can Facebook to achieve what it failed partly traditional media in the democratic field?
