الضغوط المهنية لدى الأساتذة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الدراسية Work Stresses Of Teachers And Its Relation With Some Study Variable

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية والكشف عن أهم مصادر الضغوط المهنية التي يتعرض لها الأستاذ في مهنة التعليم، وكذا تحديد الفروق في مستوى الضغوط المهنية تبعا لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 65 أستاذ اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، واعتمدت الدراسة على قائمة الضغوط المهنية لمعلم التربية الرياضية من اعداد محمد حسن علاوي، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية منخفض، وأن من أهم مصادر الضغوط المهنية التي يتعرض لها الأستاذ في مهنة التعليم تتعلق بالإمكانات المادية بالمدرسة والراتب الشهري للمعلم، وتوجد فروق في الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لعامل الخبرة، ولا توجد فروق في الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لعامل المؤهل العلمي، وتوجد علاقة بين مصدر الضغوط المهنية المتعلقة بالعمل مع التلاميذ في المدرسة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ومصادر الضغوط المهنية المتعلقة (الإمكانات المادية بالمدرسة، التوجيه التربوي الرياضي العلاقة بين المعلم وادارة المدرسة، العلاقات مع المعلمين الاخرين). The present study aimed to measure the work stresses level and his sources among teachers of middle education, and determine the differences in work stresses level to the following variables: scientific qualification and years of experience. The study sample consisted of (65) teachers of physical education and sports in middle education, They were randomly selected, A scale was used work stresses list of Mohamed Hassen Allaoui, The results showed that the level of work stresses among teachers of physical education and sports was low, and One of the most important sources of professional pressure for the teacher in the education profession is the material potential in educational institution and his monthly salary. The findings of the study also showed there are differences in work stresses due to the experience factor, and no differences in work stresses due to scientific qualification. That there are relations between the sources of work stresses related to work with pupils and those related to: material possibilities in school, sport educational instruction, the relation between the teacher and school administration and between them self.
