أثر رأس المال الفكري على القيمة السوقية للمؤسسات -دراسة قياسية لعينة من المؤسسات المدرجة ببورصة عمان للفترة 2012-2019

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر راس المال الفكري على القيمة السوقية للمؤسسات باستخدام معامل القيمة المضافة لرأس المال الفكري لقياس رأس المال الفكري لعينة مكونة من 11مؤسسة مدرجة ببورصة عمان خلال الفترة من 2012 الى 2019، عن طريق تحليل الانحدار المتعدد باستخدام منهج تحليل السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية باستعمال برنامج Eviews12. توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر سلبي لرأس المال الهيكلي على القيمة السوقية، كما أظهرت وجود أثر ايجابي لكل من رأس المال البشري ورأس المال المستخدم على القيمة السوقية للمؤسسات محل الدراسة، وبناءا على نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم بعض التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة المؤسسات المدرجة ببورصة عمان إتباع إستراتيجيات وخطط لتنمية رأس المال الفكري والبحث على سبل تحسينه وتطويره لما له من تأثيرات متوقعة على رفع القيمة السوقية. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of intellectual capital on market value using the Intellectual Capital Added Value (VAIC) factor to measure intellectual capital for a sample of 11 companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during the period 2012-2019. This was done by conducting a multiple regression analysis using a time-series cross-sectional analysis method using the Eviews12 program. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a negative impact of structural capital on market value. It also showed that there is a positive impact of both human capital and used capital on the market value of the institutions under study. Based on the results of the study, some recommendations were made, the most important of which are: the need for companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange to follow strategies and plans to develop intellectual capital and to search for ways to improve and develop it, as it has expected impacts on raising market value.
