الهوية الوطنية في ظل تطورات تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال: نحو إرساء هوية رقمية.

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى تبيان العلاقة الموجودة بين الهوية الوطنية وتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل التالي"هل تؤثر تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في الهوية سلبا من خلال إنتاج هويات جديدة؟وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها أن تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال أحدثت تأثيرات عميقة على مستخدميها وذلك من خلال ارتباطهم بها كوسيلة أو من خلال التعرض للمضامين التي تبثها أو تروج لها كما أنها ألغت الحاجز الجغرافي، ومن اجل الحفاظ وتحصين الهوية الوطنية من تأثيرات التكنولوجيا الرقمية لابد من استحداث طرق وآليات مُمنهجة لحمايتها من الاندثار والاضمحلال كالاهتمام أكثر بالثقافة ومقوماتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهوية الوطنية ، تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال ، الهوية الرقمية ،العولمة،الانترنت. Abstract: Through this article, we seek to clarify the relationship between national identity and information and communication technology by answering the following question, "Does media and communication technology affect identity negatively by producing new identities?, The study reached results, including that information and communication technology have had profound effects on its users, through their association with it as a means or through exposure to the contents that it broadcasts or promotes, as it eliminated the geographical barrier, In order to preserve and fortify the national identity from the effects of digital technology, systematic methods and mechanisms must be developed to protect it from extinction and decay, such as paying more attention to culture and its components.
