تاثير التهديدات الصحية على الامن الانساني في القارة الافريقية دراسة حالة الجزائر
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى إبراز الأطر النظرية المفسرة لقضايا الأمن الصحي و أ مَنَنة التهديدات الصحية كما توضيح العلاقة التكاملية بين أبعاد الأمن الإنساني في ظل التهديدات الصحية وايضا إبراز علاقة التأثرو التأثر، والتعرف على ماهية التهديدات الصحية التي تواجه القارة الإفريقية من خلال تسليط الضوء على مشاكل الصحة من انتشار الامراض والاوبئة التى تواجه الفرد، و رصد انعكاساتها على واقع الأمن الإنساني في القارة الإفريقية و تم تعمق بحالة الجزائر على وجه الخصوص ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع تناولنا النقاط التالية :الاطار المفاهيمي للامن والامن الانساني والامن الصحي والتهديد وتناولنا خصوصية التهديدات الصحية وعوامل انتشارها في القارة الافريقيا وفي الجزائر وكذا تاثير هذه التهديدات على ابعاد الامن الانساني ، كما تطرقنا الى اهم الاستراتجيات لمكافحة التهديدات الصحية .وقد توصلنا الى ان تفاقم التهديدات الصحية في القارة الافريقية وفي الجزائر كانت له تداعيات سلبية على مختلف ابعاد الامن الانساني ./ The study aims to demonstrate theoretical frameworks for health security issues and health threats, and to clarify the complementary relationship between the dimensions of human security under health threats and their correlations, in other hand the study aims to Identify the health threats facing the African continent by highlighting health problems from the spread of diseases and epidemics facing the individuals, and to monitor their impact on the reality of human security in the African continent in general and deepen the situation of Algeria in particular. To this end, we have addressed the following points; the conceptual framework of security, human security, health security and threats, and discussed the specificity and spread of health threats in the African continent and in Algeria as well as the impact of these threats on the dimensions of human security, and discussed the most important strategies to fight against health threats. The study found that the exacerbation of health threats on the African continent and in Algeria has had negative repercussions on the various dimensions of human security.
