Résumé: تعتبر بيئة العمل مصدرا للضغوط والتوترات التي يشعر بها الافراد اثناء مزاولتهم لنشاطاتهم اليومية اذ يشعر كثيرا منهم بالإرهاق النفسي والتعب الجسمي مما ينجر عنه الحوادث والامراض المهنية والذي ينعكس علي مستوى اداء الذي يقومون به بشكل سلبي ولهذا يعد توفير بيئة عمل آمنة من المخاطر الصناعية من الضروريات التي يستلزم عن الفاعلين في المؤسسة بالنظر اليها وذلك عن طريق رفع مستوى كفاءة ووسائل الوقاية للحد من الاصابة بالحوادث والامراض المهنية . The work environment is a source of pressures and tensions that individuals feel during their daily activities, as many of them feel psychological exhaustion and physical fatigue, resulting in accidents and occupational diseases, which is reflected in the level of performance they perform in a negative way. Therefore, providing a safe work environment from industrial risks is one of the necessities that It requires the actors in the institution to look at it by raising the level of efficiency and means of prevention to reduce the incidence of accidents and occupational diseases.
