دور أدوات الهندسة المالية الاسلامية في ادارة الأزمات المالية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على دور أدوات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية، ومدى مساهمتها في إدارة الأزمات المالية، هذا ما يمكنها من تخفيف الآثار الاقتصادية وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية والاستثمارية، عن طريق مختلف أدوات التمويل والتصكيك الإسلامي. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي، ذلك من خلال الوصف والتحليل لعرض مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بالهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إدارة الازمات المالية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للهندسة المالية الإسلامية الدور الفعال في إدارة المخاطر المرتبطة ارتباطا مباشرا بإدارة الأزمات المالية وكيفية التنبؤ والتقليل من آثارها باستخدام مختلف الابتكارات والأدوات الإسلامية المختلفة كالتوريق والتصكيك الإسلامي. This study aimed to identify the role of Islamic financial engineering tools and the extent of their contribution to managing financial crises, which enables them to mitigate economic impacts and develop banking and investment services through various Islamic financing and securitization tools. The inductive approach was relied upon through description and analysis to present and analyze various concepts related to Islamic financial engineering in managing financial crises. The study concluded that Islamic financial engineering has an effective role in managing risks directly related to managing financial crises and how to predict and reduce their effects using various Islamic innovations and tools such as Islamic securitization and securitization.
