دور تكنولوجيا البلوك تشين في تعزيز كفاءة المدفوعات الدولية دراسة حالة تجربة سنغافورة وكندا للدفع عبر الحدود بواسطة البلوك تشين - مشروع Jasper-ubin

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه تقنية البلوك تشين في تحسين كفاءة المدفوعات الدولية، من خلال توضيح مفهومها وآلية عملها ، وعرض مستجداتها . إلى جانب توضيح أهم مميزاتها الرئيسية وكذا أنواعها،مع التطرق لأهم الدول الرائدة في تبني هذه التكنولوجيا عالميا .وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من أن الهدف الرئيسي من استخدام تحويلات بواسطة البلوك تشين هو تبسيط العملية و إزالة الوسطاء الغير ضروريين، و توفير وسائل تحويل و دفع فورية. إلا أنه لا تزال هناك حاجة لاستكشاف إمكانات هذه التكنولوجيا بالكامل ومعرفة كيفية دمجها في نظام التسويات الدولية . كذلك لا يزال يتعين على مستخدميها التغلب على العديد من التحديات التقنية والتنظيمية . The aim of this study is to highlight the role played by digital blockchain technology in improving the efficiency of international payments, through the presentation of the concept of this technology, its mechanism of action, and its developments. In addition to clarifying its main characteristics and different types, we have given the most important paid globally that this technology has adopted. The study shows that while the main goal of using blockchain transfers is to simplify the process, eliminate unnecessary middlemen, and provide immediate transfer and payment means. However, it is still necessary to fully explore the potential of this technology and to know how to integrate it into the system of international payments.
