معالجة الضرائب على الدخل في ظل اعتماد النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم (12) دراسة مقارنة
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على موضوع معالجة ضرائب الدخل في ظل النظام المحاسبي المالي ووفق المعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم 12, محاولين الاجابة على إشكالية الدراسة والمتمثلة أساسا في: إلى أي مدى يتم التوافق في المعالجة المحاسبية للضرائب على الدخل في ظل تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم (12)؟ ومن أجل ذلك اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي وكذا استنتاج النتائج من الدارسات السابقة. واستنادا على النتائج المتوصل إليها, فإنه يوجد توافق كبير بين النظام المحاسبي والمعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم (12) "ضرائب الدخل ولكن نظرا للفروقات الموجودة بين التشريع المحاسبي والتشريع الجبائي فإنها تعمل على عرقلة التوافق الكلي بين النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم (12) فيما يتعلق بضرائب الدخل. The study aims to highlight the topic of processing income tax under the financial accounting system in terms of IAS 12 in order to find a solution to the main problem : to what extent are the processing income texes on income being compatible? under the financial accounting system and IAS 12: income tax? For that we have adopted the descriptive method and comparing style , this means to draw conclusions from previous studies. And based on the findings, there is a strong consensus between the financial accounting system and IAS 12 : but due to the differences between accounting legislation and tax legislation ,they obstruct the total consensus between the financial accounting system and IAS 12 concerning income tax
