رؤية استشرافية لتطوير أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية وحمايتها من تداعيات الأزمات المالية العالمية
Résumé: This study aimed to present a proposed vision and a forward-looking vision to protect the Arab stock markets from the repercussions of global financial and economic crises and absorb their negative shocks, beginning with the presentation of some previous studies close to our subject, and presenting some basic concepts on the subject. After presenting the theoretical aspect and previous studies, some proposals and mechanisms were put forward in the practical aspect, and which could to contribute to the development of securities markets and protect them from the repercussions of financial crises, through a series of meetings and dialogues and survey using the questionnaire, included a group of tires and staff of financial intermediaries institutions and Arab stock exchanges and a group of professors specialized in the financial markets. Results of the study showed the importance of strengthening the institutional investment base, privatizing the securities markets, subjecting them to governance and studying the behavior of foreign investors to protect the Arab stock markets from the repercussions of the global financial and economic crises and absorb their negative shocks.
