التنوع المعرفي في دراسة السيناريوهات : دراسة مقارنة

Résumé: يجمع هذا المقال بين متغيرين يتداولان بصفة متلاصقة يجمعهما التخصص المشترك (الدراسات المستقبلية و الاستشراف) ، حيث يعتبر علم الاستشراف فرع من فروع الدراسات المستقبلية ،و يمثل هذا الاخير توجه المدرسة الامريكية في حين يمثل الاستشراف الفرع المستحدث و تمثله المدرسة الفرنسية، و يمثلان معا تكاملا معرفي و منهجي يعبر عن الخيارات المستقبلية ، و يعد السيناريو الثمرة الفكرية لكلا المدرستين و أحد أهم التقنيات المنهجية بها ، يتحكم في متغيرات ظاهرة ما ليتم من خلاله الخروج بمجموعة من الحلول ذات الافق البعيدة لتكون حاضرة اليوم و ما أثبت هذا هو عدم انحصاره ضمن تخصص معين و الانتشار الواسع له على المستوى العالمي . This article combines two variables that deal closely with the common specialization (future studies and foresight,the latter represents the direction of the American school,while the foresight represents a cognitive and systematic integration that reflects future choices.the scenario is the intellectual fruit of both schools and one of the most important methodological techniques,controls the variables of a phenomenon in order to get out of a range of solutions with distant horizon to be present today,this has been demonstrated by the fact that it is not limited to a particular specialization and is widely distributed at the global level .
