Résumé: In this work, we did a set of studies on zea mays in the platform of the techincal physical and chemical analyzes of ouargla (CRAPC), where the samples were collected from the southeastern region of Algeria, Ouargla, specifically the latitude (°31-2) (°32-39) N and longitude (°4-45) (°5-44) E curves. The preliminary results of this study showed a yield in the extraction estimated at 2.7415%, which is comparable to the results of previous studies in international research. A detailed analysis was carried out by GC/MS and a group of compounds That value this product in this region were obtained. We also conducted the MEB analysis, which gave a Very significant result for potassium, which clearly highlights the value of the Zea mayas seed.
