دراسة قياسية للعلاقة بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي ومعدل البطالة حالة الجزائر 1981-2014
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين النمو الاقتصادي وسوق العمل من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين التغير في الناتج المحلي الحقيقي والتغير في معدل البطالة وذلك خلال الفترة 1981-2014، واختبار تحقق قانون أوكن في حالة الاقتصاد الجزائري. قمنا بدراسة استقرارية سلسلة التغير في الناتج المحلي الحقيقي وسلسلة التغير في معدل البطالة، وقمنا بدراسة السببية بين المتغيرين؛ وخلصنا إلى استخدام نموذج VAR في دراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين. ومن خلال الدراسة تبيّن لنا عدم تحقق قانون اوكن بنفس المعدل الذي استنتجه أوكن في حالة الاقتصاد الأمريكي، كما وقد خلصنا من خلال الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير موجب للناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي للسنوات السابقة في تخفيض معدل البطالة خلال السنوات اللاحقة ولكن هذا التأثير يكاد ينعدم. Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between economic growth and labor market in Algeria. This is done by exploring the effect of changes in real GDP on the unemployment rate during the period 1981-2014. The paper also attempts to test Okun's law on the Algerian economy. The results show that Okun's Law is applicable on the Algerian Economy but with lower rate compared to the US economy, and that there is a positive impact of the real GDP of previous years on reducing the unemployment rate of current year .
