فعالية التنظيم بمنظور نظريات الإدارة التقليدية

Résumé: تعد فعالية التنظيم من بين المفاهيم الحديثة التي نالت عدد من الدراسات من طرف علماء الاجتماع في الادارة،حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة الى السعي وراء البحث عن الأفكار التي جاءت بها نظريات الادارة التقليدية والتي من شأنها أن تحقق للمنطمة الفعالية،من النتائج التي خلصت لها الدراسة يؤدي تطبيق الأفكار والمبادئ التي جاءت بها نظريات الإدارة التقليدية الى تحسين فعالية المنظمة . The effectiveness of organization is among the modern concepts that have received a number of studies by sociologists in management, as this study aimed to seek to search for the ideas that the traditional management theories came up with and that would achieve the organization’s effectiveness, From the findings of the study, the application of the ideas and principles brought about by the traditional management theories improves the effectiveness of the organization.
