الاستيطان الأوروبي في الغرب الجزائري (1831-1847)

Résumé: تندرج عمليات الاستيطان التي تعرضت لها الجزائر خلال الاحتلال الفرنسي ضمن المشروع الاستعماري الفرنسي الهادف إلى القضاء على العنصر الجزائري، وإخلاء الأرض لأقلية أوروبية تضمن لها ترسيخ مشروعها، وكانت مسألة توفير الأراضي اللازمة لتجسيده من الآليات الأساسية لنجاحه، حيث عمدت السلطات الفرنسية إلى ضمت أراضي الوقف، كما صادرت مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي الفلاحية من ملاكها الأصليين متخذة في ذلك ذرائع شتى. تبحث هذه الدراسة في كشف تأثيرات الاستيطان على مقاومة الأمير عبد القادر فقد تأثرت بشكل مباشر من تلك المراكز الاستيطانية التي أنشأتها السلطات الفرنسية، حيث أفقدتها الالتفاف الشعبي الذي كان حولها بعد أن أصبحت تلك المراكز تشدد الخناق على تحركات رجال المقاومة، وتضيق على مصادر تموينهم، وعليه فهذه الدراسة تستهدف جوانب التحديات التي واجهتها مقاومة الأمير عبد القادر . The settlement operations that Algeria was subjected to during the French occupation fall within the French colonial project aimed at eliminating the Algerian element, and evacuating the land to a European minority that guarantees the consolidation of its project. It also confiscated large areas of agricultural land from its original owners, using various pretexts. This study examines the effects of settlement on the resistance of Emir Abdelkader, as it was directly affected by those settlement centers established by the French authorities, as they lost the popular rally around them after these centers became tighter on the movements of the resistance men, and narrowed their sources of supply, and accordingly This study targets the aspects of the challenges faced by the resistance of Emir Abdelkader.
