محاولة قياس التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة في ظل التحولات العالمية – حالة الجزائر –

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى موضوع التنمية المحلية المستدامة وعلاقتها بالمسؤولية المحلية والنمو المستدام. حيث من خلال هذا سوف نحاول عرض لأهم نظريات التنمية المحلية ودورها في رسم معالم النمو المستدام من خلال قضيا الحكامة المؤسساتية والمسؤولية المجتمعية. حيث من خلال النموذج ومن خلال دراسة وتحليل النتائج التي توصلنا إليها في دراستنا نلاحظ أن جميع المعاملات موجبة، أي أن هناك أثر في النمو القطاعي على حساب التنمية المحلية. Through this research paper, we aim to address the topic of sustainable local development and its relationship to local responsibility and sustainable growth. As through this, we will try to present the most important theories of local development and their role in shaping the parameters of sustainable growth through the issues of institutional governance and social responsibility. Where through the model and by studying and analyzing the results that we have reached in our study, we notice that all transactions are positive, that is, there is an impact on sectoral growth at the expense of local development.
