التنمر المدرسي وعلاقته بالتفاعل في الصف دراسة متوسطة يحياوي محمد الطاهر بالمسيلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التنمر المدرسي والتفاعل في الصف لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسط، وذلك من خلال معرفة واقع العلاقة بين التنمر المدرسي والتفاعل في الصف بمتوسطة يحياوي محمد طاهر بالمسيلة، والتعرف على مستوى التنمر داخل المؤسسات لدى التلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط لقد تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 134 تلميذ و172 تلميذة، بمتوسطة يحياوي محمد طاهر بالمسيلة وذلك من خلال السنة الجامعية 2021-2022، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الطالبة في ذلك على استبيان، الاول خاص بالتنمر المدرسي، والثاني خاص بالتفاعل في الصف، وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - توجد علاقة تفاعل في الصف بالتنمر المدرسي. - المعاملة الاسرية احد العوامل المؤثرة في انتشار ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي بين التلاميذ. - التنمر المدرسي يأثر على التفاعل الصفي للتلاميذ الطور المتوسط. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التفاعل الصفي والتنمر المدرسي للتلاميذ الطور المتوسط. وتوصلت الباحثة الى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها ضرورة توجيه انظار المسؤولين التربويين من مرشدين ومعلمين الى ظاهرة التنمر خاصة في المرحلة الاعدادية، ووضع برامج تربوية، وعقد ندوات للتوعية بأخطار هذه الظاهرة في المجال التربوي The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between school bullying and interaction in class among middle school students, by knowing the reality of the relationship between school bullying and interaction in the class with the average Yahyawi Mohammed Taher al-Masiela, and to identify the level of bullying within institutions among the fourth-year students average The study was conducted on a sample of 134 pupils and 172 pupils, with an average of Yahyaoui Mohammed Taher Al-Masiyla through the academic year 2021-2022, selected in an occasional manner and to achieve the objectives of the study, the student relied on a questionnaire, the first for school bullying, and the second for interaction in class, the results showed the following: - There is a relationship of interaction in class with school bullying. - Family treatment is one of the factors influencing the spread of school bullying among pupils. - School bullying affects the classroom interaction of middle-class pupils. - There is a correlation between classroom interaction and school bullying of middle-aged pupils. The researcher reached a number of recommendations and proposals, including the need to draw the attention of educational officials from mentors and teachers to the phenomenon of bullying, especially in the preparatory stage, the development of educational programs, and the holding of seminars to raise awareness of the dangers of this phenomenon in the field of education.
